Yes treat someone to one of our gift vouchers, then they can choose what to spend it on (from fresh, faux or dried flowers or from our gift or home decor and styling ranges), vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue. Pop into our store to purchase gift voucher or ring us and pay over the phone for us to delivery the voucher

As with any high street business, we have oncosts to survive in today's economic environment such as premise rent, insurances, vehicles, staffing, vat for example plus florist sundries and that's before the cost of the flowers. And depending upon the season, our wholesalers increase the price of flowers. Our flowers are sourced direct from the best wholesaler direct from Holland - we do not buy large quantities or buy lower grade flowers (that you get from supermarkets) preferring to keep to our ethos that quality is our fundamental ingredient to being extraordinary.

We have props, furniture, crockery, wedding arch, lanterns, wooden easels, post box, floral ceiling ladder, for example.

Final payment is usually taken 4-6 weeks before your big day.

Once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed, we will send you our terms and conditions to review and sign. A booking fee will then be required to secure your wedding date.

Over the following months, we will work together to create a detailed floral plan tailored to your vision. This may include a venue site visit where appropriate. As your wedding approaches, we will reconnect to confirm all final details — including set-up arrangements, delivery locations for bouquets and buttonholes, and key contact information — ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

Alternatively, bouquets and smaller items can be collected directly from our store.

If you are hiring equipment or décor from us, please note that all items remain our property. A refundable damage deposit will be taken, which may be retained in part or full should hired items be returned damaged.

We can simply curate a bouquet for you to collect from us, but if you are wishing us to attend to style your wedding ceremony and reception then min spend is £1,000

No, talk to us directly as your floral specialists, then we can liaise with your funeral director to ensure they are kept up to date and your funeral tribute arrives beautiful and timely.

In the event that a substitution is necessary when buying flowers, a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.

We offer same-day, next-day, weekday (and most Saturdays) for delivery services across our local communities.

We make sure to personally deliver local orders ourselves – either on foot or in our vehicle. Deliveries based further afield are delivered by our trusted courier partners.
